500g provided in a compostable paper bag.

Soak for at least 6 hours covered in an inch of water in the fridge then cook for 35-40 minutes.
Great in chilli, stews, salads, casseroles or use to make bean burgers. 125g of dried beans is equivalent to a 400g tin of cooked beans in water. My favourite recipe to make with these (courtesy of Jack Monroe) can be found here.
