Our standard mainland UK delivery charge for orders without liquids (excluding Channel Islands) start at £4.25 with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days. We also offer next day delivery for £8.95 but cannot guarantee this if your order is placed after 12 noon. We regretfully cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery process which are outside of our control. If you order liquids but do not select the “WITH LIQUIDS” option at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for any damaged goods and will be unable to process any refunds or replacements. The extra cost of this delivery is to cover the extra weight of these items, and the additional risk of damage in sending them.
We primarily use Royal Mail for our deliveries as they comparatively have the lowest carbon footprint without offsetting.
If you live outside of the UK, we can send orders under 2kg but cannot be held responsible for any customs/import charges on arrival in the destination country. We reserve the right to cancel any international orders which are unsuitable for such journeys.

We promise to never use any single use plastics in our packaging of orders sent to you. We do however reuse paper and cardboard packaging from deliveries that come to us in order to protect your orders. This will include reused boxes and paper wrap. If you like the eco-friendly paper tape we use, you can buy it here.
Occasionally, we may run low on paper wrap to reuse and will need to include some plant-based packing peanuts. These are made of cornstarch and can be dissolved in water or passed onto someone else for reuse. We will include a note with these delviveries explaining what this material is, and feel certain you will agree that reused packaging is always the most sustainable option! If you want to pass on any wrap or boxes that come from us, the Olio app is perfect for doing so in your local area.
