The Charlecote Mill is thought to be been producing flour using the water powered, stoneground method since as early as 1086. Karl is a lovely bloke who delivers to us in person and works tirelessly (including through floods and lockdowns!) to ensure ‘Millie’ (as he calls her) is kept in tip top shape for her age and churning out amazing flour made with locally grown wheat.
