Zero members are incredible people. Who have got the commitment and faith to making small changes to the way they shop, and supporting over 60 small independent suppliers through us. One third of our products are sourced within 35 miles of our stores, which means that by shopping with us you are boosting our local economy.
Zero members receive 10% off all refill products (except toothpaste tablets) for one whole year. This includes all foods and cleaning refills by weight. Tea, coffee, herbs, spices, laundry liquid, fresh peanut butter…it’s all included. We also have regular offers and extra discounts for Zero Members only, which are detailed in our weekly email. With the amazing functionality on this new website- it sure does! If you bought your membership in store drop us an email to [email protected] and we can activate this for you. If you buy your membership online it should do it automatically! Dead clever.
Our signature enamel membership badges are designed in Coventry and made in Sheffield. 100% plastic free and they look pretty cool we must say so ourselves. Wear it with pride, tell your friends what it means, flash it instore (or we do have a members list we can check for you!).
It’s £35 for a one year Zero Membership. If you spend on average £5-6 a week it’ll basically pay for itself. If you don’t- that’s perfectly fine and we only recommend it if you are going to reap the benefits.
