A delicious rice from Italy. Perfect for creamy risottos or can be used in paella.
Fry off vegetable ingredients and then add the rice to the pan. After 2 minutes, when ends of rice are translucent, begin to add water or (preferable) stock mix one ladle at a time. Add gradually, boiling off, until rice is creamy and cooked, then mix in cheese/herbs etc at the end. There’s a brilliant and easy risotto recipe here. It’s vegan too!
