Description:

The best sleep tea to send you off on a calming slumber. The wonderful Poppy at Golden Monkey has blended this caffeine-free tisane with the  finest herbal teas mixing chamomile, spearmint and lemongrass with just the slightest hint of lavender. If you are not sure of drinking pure chamomile, this is the blend for you. You get a lovely lemony spearmint menthol with a background of chamomile that just adds a calmness to this mix. A real treat just before you start counting your own little sheep for the best night’s sleep! There’s a great recent article about loose leaf tea to be found here.

Ingredients:

Chamomile, spearmint, lemongrass, and lavender.

Brewing Instructions:

• Use one teaspoon per cup which you can adjust for how strong or weak you prefer your tea.
• Add 98 ̊C water temperature because boiling water can scald the leaves and impair the flavour.
• Leave to steep for approx. 3-5 mins depending again on how strong you wish the flavour to be.
• This loose leaf tea is best without milk.
• This tea is not suitable for reinfusion.
