Soft dried cranberries dressed in apple juice to sweeten and prevent clumping. Naturally sweet and succulent. Ideal for snacking, baking and cooking. Can be eaten as they are, or added to cake and biscuit recipes. The apple juice has been added to retain moisture and help prevent the cranberries sticking together in the bag. These cranberries are only very lightly coated and will not affect your recipe.
