Beautiful native wildflowers for garden beds and pots, Simply scatter and let nature do the rest!
Wonderfully cute little boxes of 6 native seed balls, iconic British flowers that are fabulous for bees and butterflies. Perfect as a little gift or a treat for yourself.
Each box (made from 100% recycled card) contains 6 seed balls, plus a little card to explain what the balls are and how to use them. Seed balls are incredibly easy to use – simply scatter on top of soil/compost (no digging or expertise required!) and nature will do the rest! One box will cover 1-2 pots. Use 3 boxes per half square metre in a garden.
Best scattered in the Autumn or Spring. If scattering in Spring we recommend popping the wildflower seed balls in the fridge for a couple of weeks first to give them a little cold blast – this aids germination 🙂
Please note that this listing is for a single box. Choose from the design or let us pick to suit your other purchases.
A ball made from seeds, clay, peat-free compost and chili powder.
The ball prevents the seeds from being a tasty lunch for birds and insects, thereby increasing the chances of your flowers growing. Plus they’re super easy to use, no digging and no expert knowledge needed!
There are 6 balls in each box, and around 30 seeds per ball.
Throw onto soil or compost in a garden bed or planter in Spring or Autumn, leaving at least 10cm between each ball. Your Seedball has everything it needs to grow and, once the ball becomes moist and the temperature is right, your seeds will germinate! You can see a video here.
